Before co-founding Turner Wetmore Collins, LLC in 2003, Erik worked in Ernst & Young’s Oil Pipeline Consulting Group and Arthur D. Little’s Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice. Mr. Wetmore received an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He has over forty years of consulting experience providing services to regulated energy transportation companies. Brett’s expertise includes performing quantitative analyses for regulated energy transportation clients, focusing in the areas of cost of service and rate design. He has advised clients regarding calculations to support cost-of-service based rate increases, provided support to pipeline clients in rate disputes, assisted clients in negotiating settlement based rates and prepared cost of service calculations for Page 700 reporting. Mr. Collins has testified as an expert witness in pipeline matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. |
Paul JungChief Data Scientistpaul@turnerwetmore.com Paul has over 20 years of data science experience within the quantitative investment industry. Most recently, he was Director of Research at AXA Investment Managers where he led predictive modeling projects to improve risk and return performance of equity investment strategies totaling $20+ billion under management. Prior to that, he held similar research roles at Blackrock and MSCI. Paul has an MS in Operations Research from UC Berkeley and BAs in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
