Erik Wetmore

Erik has more than thirty-five years of professional experience, primarily in advising energy transportation companies on cost-of-service ratemaking, regulatory policy, contract interpretation, accounting, and business strategy issues.  He regularly provides expert testimony before various regulatory commissions and courts, including the Alaska Department of Revenue, the British Columbia Utilities Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission, the Canada Energy Regulator, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, and the Superior Co
urt of the State of California.

Before co-founding Turner Wetmore Collins, LLC in 2003, Erik worked in Ernst & Young’s Oil Pipeline Consulting Group and Arthur D. Little’s Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice.  Mr. Wetmore received an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  He also earned a Certified Public Accountant license in California.


Paul Jung

Paul has over 20 years of data science experience within the quantitative investment industry. Most recently, he was Director of Research at AXA Investment Managers where he led predictive modeling projects to improve risk and return performance of equity investment strategies totaling $20+ billion under management. Prior to that, he held similar research roles at Blackrock and MSCI. Paul has an MS in Operations Research from UC Berkeley and BAs in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Virginia. He is also a CFA charterholder.


Jacqueline Wetmore

Jacqueline Wetmore is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a degree in Political Economy and minored in Spanish. She brings experience from both the public and private sectors, most recently as an intern for a venture capital firm focusing on the circular economic industry and as a casework intern for a congressperson from the House of Representatives. Jacqueline first joined Turner Wetmore Collins, LLC as an intern.
